BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract for any of the subjects.
- In case of actual availability will be sent a notification to the customer containing a summary of the conditions for the stay required ( dates and amounts ) to be confirmed within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within the required time limits will result in the cancellation of the request.
- To confirm a reservation , we require a deposit of 30% on the cost of the entire stay.
- The reservation is considered complete only when the structure will send the confirmation of the advance.
- The settlement will be paid directly to the hotel on the day of his departure.
- In case of non-refundable fee will be required to be 100 % .
TERMS OF PAYMENT OF ADVANCE
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer , postal order , direct debit on your credit card.
- Deadline for payment of the deposit : 10 days /
- In case of confirmation of booking by credit card, the Customer authorizes the debit of the amount of the advance simultaneously sending their data.

- Prices are per room per day , inclusive of 10% VAT and breakfast included.
- Rates do not include tax of € 1,50 per day , per person.
- The delivery room is guaranteed by h . 15:00 but , should one be ready before, we will be happy to supply.
- The room must be vacated by h . 10.00 on day of departure.
